I am looking for the birthplace of my wife's great-grandmother, Lucy BOWLER SCHMIDT, b. Feb. 11, 1876 in Inawa, Iowa. Her parents were Giles BOWLER and Mary Jane THORNTON. Lucy married Claus SCHMIDT abt 1892. The couple had six children in Burt County, Nebraska. She died Burt County, Apr. 15, 1942. Any information available on the location (it doesn't show up on maps) and/ or the family itself would be appreciated.
