Janky, Mima Harrison -
Graveside services were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2002, at the Maple Hill Cemetery, Cromwell, Iowa with the Rev. Blarat Surender officiating for Mima Harrison Janky of Baton Rouge, LA., formerly of Corning, who died March 10, 2002, at the Baton Rouge General Medical Center.

Mima was born October 29, 1905, in Adams County the daughter of Louie Harrison and Mary Louise Baker Harrison.

She was married to Edward Janky and they owned the Janky Jewelry and Furniture Store in Corning until 1954. They are parents so one son, Harry and two daughters Betty and Donna. There are four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Mima was preceded in death by: her parents, her husband Rev. Edward Janky, and family members: Claude and Edra Harrison, Warren and Mary Harrison, Glenn and Vera Harrison and Ferne Harrison Davis.
