MRS. M. J. BRENNAN DIES HERE SUNDAY

Mrs. M. J. Brennan, 66, died at the Greater Community hospital here early Sunday evening after an illness of four weeks. She had been a Creston resident all her life.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Immaculate Conception church with Msgr. Vitus Odell officiating. The body will lie in state at McGregor Bros. and Coens tonight and Rosary will be at 7:45 p.m. tonight. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

Born Jan. 10, 1884, in Creston, the daughter of Edward the Theresa King, she was married in 1913 to Martin J. Brennan, who died in 1933. Mrs. Brennan was a member of the Immaculate Conception church and the Ava Maria.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Robert Swanson, of Chicago, Ill., and Rose Catherine at home; one son, Patrick, of Creston. A son, Martin, died in service during World War II. One sister, Rose King, of Spokane, Wash., and a granddaughter, Barb Swanson, also survive.
