Mrs. Harry Hiatt

Clara Drumm, daughter of William H. and Anne Drumm, was born Sept. 26, 1859 near Herman, Ill., and died at the home of her son, William Hiatt, 309 North Pine street, Creston on Feb. 10, at the age of 77 years 4 months and 15 days.

In early life she unted with the Methodist church. She was united in marriage to Harry Hiatt on April 6, 1896. He, with one son, Gilbert Hiatt, one infant daughter, Stella White, both her parents, and two brothers have preceded her in death.

Surviving are seven sons and one daughter: William Hiatt of Creston and by former marriages Charles and Elmer turner, Frank and Fred White, Harry Smith of Creston, Roy Rowe of Shannon City, and Myrtle Kinne of Missouri Valley; one brother, J. E. Drumm; 22 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild.

Services were conducted Sunday afternoon from the Mcgregor funeral chapel by the Rev. L. E. Walton, pastor of the Methodist church.
