Dr. Olive Gustin, 55, died Sunday, December 22 at 4 p.m. at the Story County Hospital in Nevada.

Services were held Wednesday at Shannon City with Merle Wilkins clergyman. Burial was in the Shannon City cemetery.

She is survived by four brothers; William H. Brown of Zearing, Iowa, Frank Brown, Redlands, Calif., Orrin Brown, Long Beach, Calif., and Elijah Brown, Riverside, Calif. and three sisters, Adella Mason, Rosemead, Calif., Laura Mounts, Shannon City, Iowa, Zelphia Porter, Ames, Iowa.

Her parents, a brother and three sisters preceded her in death.

Pallbearers were: Robert I. Brown, William E. Brown, Edwin L. Brown, D.William Porter, and Harold Wickham. Honorary pallbearers were: Harold Whitcomb and Rolland H. Whittlesey. Pianist, Mae Dunlap: duet Rex Simpsom and Agnes Eklund.

She was a chiropractor practicing in Kansas City, MO. for 27 years. She has made her home with her brother Bill Brown here in Zearing during her illness.
