CHARITON-Dora E. Donner, 68, of Chariton, formerly of Creston, died early Tuesday, Sept. 5, 1989, of a heart attack at the Lucas County Health Center in Chariton.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Greenlawn Cemetery at Afton. The Rev. Paul McKinley will officiate the service. A family night will be 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Fielding Funeral Home in Chariton.

Mrs. Donner was born March 5, 1921, in Union County to Arthur and Verna (Crowell) Schrodt. She married Robert Donner. She was a housewife and moved to Chariton from Creston in 1969.

Survivors include three sons, Arthur R. Donner of Creston, Robert Donner III of Russell and Albert Donner of Oakley; two daughters, Janet Fry and Sharon Donner, both of Creston; two brothers, Leo Schrodt of Creston and John Schrodt of Berwick; two sisters, Grace Crigger and Evelyn Chapman, both of Creston; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
