Rites Today for Thomas J. KinKennon.
June 30,1970

Funeral Services for Thomas J. KinKennon of Kent were held at 1:30 p.m. today at the Keating-McKasson Chapel here. Rev. Dale Cunningham, Pastor of the First Presbyterian church, Officiated was by James Kimmel who played "Ivory Palaces" and "How Great Thou Art" Casket bearers were Scott Duckworth, Melvin Stauffer, Harold Sevier, Clifford Miller, Lewis Utterback and Larry Sevier. Burial was in Graceland cemetery.
Mr.KinKennon, 77, died at his home at Kent at noon Saturday had been in failing health for some time. He had retired from Burlington Railroad service after suffering an injury in 1948, and had been an Antique dealer since then.

Note: Nettie Fairbanks isn't her true name a mistake was made. The name should read; Nettie (KinKennon) Hafner. Also it shows Julia Johnston. It should Read Julia Johnson.This has been a on going problem with the Johnson/Johnston name. Proof by father statement and birth records to show the name is Johnson.
