OBITUARY

Arlin J. Holst, 69, life long Cluter and Traer area farmer died unexpectedly Thursday, March 4, 1982, in Waterloo, Iowa. Mr. Holst was born December 24, 1912, near Clutier, a son of Alfred and Katherine Paustian Holst.

On March 1, 1937, Arlin married Ruth Otterman at Waterloo, Iowa. After farming 40 years on the home place they moved into Traer December of 1979 at 708 Crestview to make their home.

He is survived by his wife Ruth of Traer, one brother Henry C. Holst of Clutier, one sister Mrs. Kenneth [Elsie] Wallace of Prescott, Arizona, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Ray.
