OBITUARY

Beatrice Evelyn Towarnicki was born on September 11, 1924 nerar Charles City, Iowa. She was the daughter of Hiram and Bernice (Church) Lambert. Beatrice began her education in country school and later graduated from Charles City High School. She worked for area families while attending school.

On November 26, 1944 she married Raymond Richard Towarnicki at the Little Brown Church at Nashua, Iowa. Beatrice and Raymond then made their home in Franklin Park, IL where she worked for Kraft Foods and helped Raymond in his dental practice until his retirement

On September 22, 1997 they moved to make their home in Traer where Beatrice continued to make her home following Raymond's death on May 17, 2000. On Saturday of this past week, Beatrice became ill suddently and was admitted to St. Mary's Hospital at Rochester where her death came Sunday, July 2, 2000 at the age of 75 years.

She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church of Traer and a former member of Resurrection Lutheran Church in Franklin Park. Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond, two brothers Alvin and John and three sisters Josephine, Florence and Rachel. She is survived by two brothers Melvin Lambert of Rockford, IA and Kenneth Lambert of Austin, MN and one sister Thelma Lambert of Waterloo and several nephews and nieces.
