David CAPOCCIONI

David A CAPOCCIONI, 58, of 195 Sidehill Dr., Waterloo, died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 1999, at the University Iowa Hospitals and Clinics of complications following surgery.

Memorial services were held Saturday, Oct. 16, 1999, at the First Congregational Church, Waterloo with a private family burial at West Union Cemetery, Traer.

Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or Trinity Episcopal Parish.

David A CAPOCCIONI was born at Tarentum, PA, April 16, 1941, to Guido and Esma LEONARDI-CAPOCCIONI. He graduated from Tarentum High School and Penn State University.

David married Dorothy DeFLORIO in 1962 and they were later divorced. He married JoRuth HUNTER July 12, 1975, in Reinbeck. David worked as a District Manger for Wal-Mart.

He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Parish, Elks Club, Metropolitan Chorale, Cedar Valley Singers and U. S. G. A.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Surviving are his wife, JoRuth CAPOCCIONI of Waterloo; two sons, Hunter CAPOCCIONI and Boris SAZHAEY, both of Waterloo; one daughter, Tracie DeGROOTE of New Hartford; two grandchildren; his mother, Esma CAPOCCIONI of Tarentum, PA and two sisters, Carol NOWACKI of Tarentum, PA and Janet VLASEK of Natrona Heights, PA.

Locke Funeral Home, Waterloo, was in charge of arrangements.
