Another year has gone by and I'm still looking for information about my Iowa ancestors, of whom the earliest was Isaac Jones (1802-1903) and his second wife Rebecca Ann Kelley (1822-1904).

Two people who saw my original post have already contacted me and we've shared some good info.

I'm headed for the State Historical Society in Des Moines in fall 2017 to see what they have.
