DEATH OF MRS. ANNA TVEDT

Aged Lady Died at her Home West of Huxley Monday Noon. Funeral Occurred Wednesday.

The death of Mrs. Anna Tvedt, occurred at their home west of Huxley Monday noon after a brief illness with heart trouble. Funeral took place from the home at one o'clock Wednesday and at the Palestine church at three, interment being made in the Palestine cemetery. Her pastor, Rev. Holman officiated.

Deceased has not been in the best of health in years, yet able to be up and about the house till last Saturday when she got worse and failed rapidly till death relieved her Monday noon. She reached an age of over seventy years and is survived by her husband, Iver Tvedt, who is over eighty three years old. Her death is also mourned by three daughters, Bertha and Martha of Adrain, Minn. and Mrs. Malinda Olson of near Cambridge.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: The marriage record of Anna Tvedt's daughter, Bertha, gives her maiden name as Anna Fisher as does her listing in the 1925 Iowa Census. However, the marriage record of her daughter, Malinda "Linda" Tvedt states her mother's maiden name was Anna Wiskon.
