Services for area deaths

MRS. ROSCOE PRITCHARD

Mrs. Roscoe (Elsie) Pritchard, 83, of Nevada died Friday evening at the Story County Hospital where she had been a patient the past four days after suffering a stroke.

She was born April 8, 1890 in Des Moines of Fred and Mary Berns, and had lived in Story County for 50 years.

Funeral services are set for Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Memorial Lutheran Church with Pastor Harry Myklebust officiating. Burial will be in the Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Chester (Gloria) Bills of Nevada, three grandchildren, and Larry Cameron of Des Moines, who was raised in the home. Also, two sisters, Mrs. M.F. Ohlweiler of Nevada; and Mrs. Walter Schmellik of Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a brother.

Friends may call at the Ryan Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon.
