FORMER NEVADA WOMAN IS DEAD

MRS. SADIE TANNER - YOUNG DIED AT HER HOME AT WICHITA

Nevada friends have recently learned of the death at her home at Wichita, Kansas, on July 5, of Mrs. Sarah "Sadie" Tanner-Young, earlier day resident of Nevada.

Mrs. Young, whose maiden name was Sarah J. Tanner, was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Tanner and came with the family from Indiana, where she was born.

She was first married to Samuel Templeton and from the union she is survived by a son Clyde Templeton of Superior, Neb.

Later she was married to Solomon Young, also of Nevada and from the union she is survived by a son King Young. Living in Des Moines for a while after leaving Nevada, her home eventually became Filer, Idaho, and later Wichita, where she had lived for the past dozen years.

Besides her two sons, she leaves two brothers Charles Tanner of Wichita and J. M. Tanner of Omaha and a sister Mrs. J. C. Stoddard of Towanda, Kas.

Mrs. Young is kindly remembered by many of the older residents of Nevada. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and active in Eastern Star circles.
