James F. Shope, 76, Dies At Hospital

James F. Shope, 76, Nevada died at 1:10 this morning in the Story County Hospital where he had been a patient for the past two weeks.

Mr. Shope was born in Story county June 26, 1878, a son of Frank and Julia Shope.

He had live his entire life in Story county his occupation being a farm worker.

The body is at the Ryan Funeral home where funeral arrangements are pending. Surviving is one sister, Mrs. Otis Larson of Farmington, Mich.
