Obituary of Howard Hemstock

The funeral of little Howard Hemstock took place Monday, February 17, 1913, at his home in Jefferson [with the] pastor of the Cambridge Methodist church officiating assisted by a quartette of its choir consisting of Mrs. ---- G. Johnson, Mrs. Howard Heggen, ---- Houser and Ge---- Nelson. The service was very impressive and comforting to the -------, the music rendered was -----ful, the day was beautiful, and ---- its sunshine we laid the little ----- away in the bosom of mother earth in Nevada cemetery to await the resurrection morn where we may meet again in the sweet by and by.

Howard Harold son of Burney and Courtney Hemstock was born May 4, 1909 and departed this life Feb. 15, 1913, aged 3 years 9 months and 11 days. He leaves to mourn his death, father, mother and one sister Eloise, one grandmother, Mrs. Stemler, a number of aunts and uncles and a host of friends. Howard was a loving child, never complaining and was loved by all who knew him.
