John R. Nelson Dead; Funeral at Kelley

Kelley, Sept. 24--John R. Nelson, bachelor, 79 years old died Monday morning at 4 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Warney Fuller, followin an illness resulting from cancer. His nearest relatives are three nephews in Albert Lea, Minn., and a cousin Lars Peterson, in Kelley. He has been a resident of Story county for many years. Funeral services will be held at the Lutheran church in Kelley this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev. E. R. Rorem officiating. Burial in the Lutheran cemetery.
