Woman Burned To Death Sunday

Special to the Journal.
Hubbard, Aug. 4--Mrs. John Wirds, Sr., 64, is dead at her home near Buckeye, northwest of here, having burned to death Sunday when her clothing caught fire while she was in a chicken house burning out mites. She burned to death outside the building, where the body was found by her son Ernest. She leaves her husband and four sons. The Wirds lived upon a farm near Buckeye. No coroner's inquest was held and funeral arrangements are being made today.
