CEDAR FALLS WOMAN IS CALLED BY DEATH

AGED MOTHER OF MRS. J. W. LARSEN DIED AT LATTER'S HOME HERE

Mrs. J. N. Skaarup, 72, long-time resident of Cedar Falls, died at the home of her only daughter, Mrs. J. W. Larsen, at 1115 Seventh street, Nevada, Friday evening about nine o'clock.

The body accompanied by local relatives will be taken to Cedar Falls where the funeral and interment will be held on Wednesday.

Mrs. Skaarup who had been in failing health for a number of years, leaves her husband who lives at Cedar Falls, as well as the one daughter Mrs. Larsen, and two sons. The sons are Sam Skaarup of Clinton and Nels Skaarup of Cedar Falls.

The deceased was known to many Nevada people having been here at times as a guest at the home of her daughter. She had been here since March this year and death was due to complications incident to old age.

Mrs. Skaarup was a native of Denmark, where she was born January 13, 1858, making her 72 years, 5 months and 21 days of age at the time of her death.
