SUDDEN DEATH OF NEVADA YOUNG WOMAN EARLY TODAY

Mrs. Ralph W. Edwards, 28, well-known young woman of Nevada, was found dead in bed at her home at 614 Tenth Street, this morning, about 7:00 by Mr. Edwards, when he awoke after having been up with her during a sick spell a few hours before.

Dr. Houston was called immediately and an examination indicated that death had resulted from a blood clot.

According to the husband, Mrs. Edwards had been ill about 4:00 in the morning and he had spent nearly an hour administering to her. Relief seemed to come and she advised him that she was feeling better and for him to return to sleep, which he did.

When he awoke about 7:00 he noticed that she was cold and at once called the physician as well as friends, and they they arrived, they found her dead.

Mrs. Edwards had submitted to a major surgical operation a few weeks ago, but had made apparent satisfactory recovery from that.

An autopsy which was held today determined that death was due to an embolus which had formed in the heart.
