Mrs. John M. Wells has returned from Chicago, where she was called several weeks ago by the critical illness of her sister, Mrs. Eliza J. Piester. The latter died at her home there on May 14 at the age of 68. She had been a widow for 26 years, and her family remaining consists of four married daughters and several grand-children. Mrs. Piester had visited many times at Nevada and her death will be regretted by many friend here, as well as by her immediate relatives.
