Amelia "Molly" W. Martin, 89, of Nevada died of a stroke Saturday at the Story County Hospital Long Term Care Facility.

She was born Dec. 5, 1901, in Midway, Wis., to Henry and Elizabeth (Metz) Waldenberger. She lived most of her life in Collins and was the owner of Story County Abstract Company. She married Adelbert L. Martin on October 29, 1938, in Cameron, Mo. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and St. Patrick's Alter and Rosary.

Survivors include one son, Adelbert L. "Del" Martin of Nevada; two sisters, Helen Hargrove of Greenfield, Inc., and Frances Frericks of Aberdine, S.D.; one brother, Henry Waldenberger of West Salem, Wis.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Monday at Cooper-Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada. Funeral services were held Tuesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Nevada. Burial was in the Nevada Municipal Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Good Samaritan Fund of the Story County Ambulance fund.
