Nevada woman, Ruth Miller, died Monday morning

NEVADA -- Mrs. Ruth Miller, age 56, 1044 F Ave., died early Monday morning at the Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames where she was admitted Saturday after suffering an apparent heart attack. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Ryan Funeral Home.

The daughter of Lewis and Betty Hansen of Nevada, she was born Nov. 30, 1919. She had lived in Nevada practically all her life and was a graduate of Nevada High School in 1937. She was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Lew Hansen of Nevada; one son, Robert L. Miller of San Diego; one brother, Robert Allen of Pella; and one sister, Mrs. Paul Stone of Nevada.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis; and her husband, Phil, who died in 1972.
