The Register's Iowa news ServiceCOLO, IA. - Clifford Dale Handsaker, 71, of Colo died of cancer Tuesday at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Colo United Methodist Church, of which he was a member, and burial will be in Colo Protestant Cemetery.
He is survived by a son, Ronald of Council Bluffs; three daughters, Shirley Cairns of Maxwell, Linda Jones of Council Bluffs and Deborah Jones of Ames; four brothers, Vernon of Story City and John, Merlin and Wayne, all of Colo; and eight grandchildren.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. today at Fredregill Funeral Home in Zearing, where the family will be present from 7 to 9 p.m. and a prayer service will be at 8 p.m. ~ The Des Moines Register, Des Moines, Iowa 6 Dec 1990.
