Bachelor rites to be Friday

Randy Bachelor, 16, Costa Mesa, Calif., was fatally injured in a motorcycle accident at Costa Mesa Wednesday.

He was the grandson of Mrs. R. E. Carr, 505 East 16th St.

He was the son of Mrs. Beverly Friend, of Costa Mesa, the former Beverly Carr, and of Reginald Bachelor, Sand Point, Ida.

Survivors include his mother; his father; his grandmother; his brother Lance, 12; and an uncle, Gary Carr, also formerly of Ames.

Funeral services will be held at Costa Mesa Friday.
