NEVADA — W. R. McKee, 69, a native of Story county, died at his home two miles southeast of here early Monday from heart trouble. He had been ill for some time. A son of Mr. and Mrs. Hezekiah McKee, pioneer residents of southeast Richland township, Mr. McKee had lived in Nevada township for many years. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Ray of Nevada and Kenneth at home. A sister, Mrs. Ella Corbin of Nevada, and two granddaughters also survive. Funeral services will be conducted from the Methodist church here Wednesday afternoon following short services at home and interment will be made in the Nevada cemetery.
