MRS. NELLIE HOLDRIEGE

Mrs. Nellie Holdridge, 80, who became a citizen of Ames in 1879, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Paul Paulson, at Huron, S. D., Oct. 5.

Mrs. Holdredge was born in Morrison, Ill., in 1859. She moved from Ames about 19 years ago to make her home with her daughter. Surviving are a son, Orie Holdridge of Ames, three daughters, Mrs. Paulson and Mrs. William Eggers of Huron, and Mrs. Clifford Cooper of Morrison, Ill. Also there are six grandchildren an dsix great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the Duckworth funeral home and burial in the Ames cemetery.
