THE NEVADA JOURNAL, Nevada, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, October 21, 2010.

Gerald Richard Meimann was born on the family farm near St. Anthony, Iowa in 1922, the son of Henry Anthony Meimann and Mary Magadalene Tagatoff Meimann. Gerald passed from this life on October 16, 2010.

He will be remembered by his children, Linda Eichhorn of Grinnell, Steven Meimann of Zearing and Ann Rasmusson of Epworth; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 22 from 5-7 p.m. at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church. Funeral mass is on Saturday, October 23 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Zearing.

The Fredregill Funeral Home in Zearing is in charge of funeral arrangements.
