Sudden Deaths

We have two sudden deaths to report this week, which have occurred in the county within the last few days.

The second case of sudden death is that of Mrs. Milton Evans. She arose Sunday morning apparently as well as ever, prepared breakfast and in a short time afterwards died as suddenly, or even more so than did Miss McConnell. Mrs. Evans was an adopted daughter of Mr. Tracy. Her husband, Milton Evans, formerly a member of the Legislature, is now in the San Juan mining county of Colorado. She has been a resident of the county many years, fully 25 we think, and is well known to all of the older citizens of our town. Besides her husband she leaves quite a large family of children to mourn her loss.
