THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Tuesday, December 22, 2009.

Charlotte Leva Morris, 100, passed away Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009, at Colonial Manor in Zearing. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, at Bethany Lutheran Church, with Pastor Kathy Sandmann officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, at Bethany Lutheran Church. Burial will be at the McCallsburg Cemetery.

Charlotte was born Oct. 5, 1909. She was a lifelong resident of McCallsburg.

Charlotte is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Bobolene and Bob Nelson, of Garland, Texas. She is also survived by her four loving grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross, in 1973, and her daughter, Charlene De Pew.

Fredregill Funeral Home in Zearing is in charge of funeral arrangements.
