Tanner Heinrich-William Doran, 15 months old, of Jewell died on Monday, December 1, 2008 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Jewell with Pastor Mike Werner officiating. Burial followed in the Colo Cemetery in Colo.

Tanner was born on August 23, 2007 in Des Moines to Angela Marie Swanson. He loved football, cars, climbing and Mickey Mouse.

Tanner is survived by his mother, Angela Swanson of Jewell; sister, Natalie Swanson of Colo; future brother, Jayden Meeker; grandparents, Dave and Becky Swanson, Jr. of Colo; great grandparents, Dave and Donna Swanson and Robert and Marilyn Deupree, all of Colo; aunt April Swanson of Colo; uncle Gary and Jessie Davison of Hubbard; and numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Tanner was preceded in death by great uncle Bryan, great great grandparents, and a great great aunt Doris O'Keefe.

Memorial contributions may be directed to River Valley Credit Union, Ames or Nevada, in the name of Tanner Swanson Doran.

Chet Ryan Mortuary in Nevada was entrusted with arrangements.
