Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Adams Chapel for Mrs Chester C. Morrison, 1019 Grand Avenue. She died at 12:30 p.m. at St Nicholas hospital, Sheboygan, Wis. She had been in Sheboygan since early November. The Rev. Robert Pinnell of the First Methodist Church will be in charge of the service, and burial will be in Ames Municipal Cemetery. Mrs Morrison, who was 72, was born here Dec 8, 1880 and was educated in Ames schools. Her parents were John W and Elizabeth Lanning. She was married to Chester C. Morrison at Ames Sept 17, 1901. They were gone from here for a period of time, but when he retired from the Great Northern Railway in 1946, they moved back here from Seattle, Wash. She was a Methodist. Survivors include her husband, one son, James of Sheboygan, two sisters, Mrs Julia Gossard and Myrtle Lanning, both of Ames, and two grand children, John and Margery Morrison of Sheyboygan.
