Lyla J. Andrew, 17, 807 Sixth Street, Ames, IA, died Oct 7, 1975 at Woodward State Hospital.

Services are Thursday at 2:30 p.m. from Stevens Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Ronald Cochran of the Campus Baptist Church officiating. Burial is at Story Memorial Gardens.

Surviving are her parents, Mrs Jean Andrew, 420 East Seventh Street, Ames, IA, and Merle Andrew, 233 Sherman Avenue, Ames, IA; two brothers, Frank, with the U.S. Marine Corps and David, at home; three sisters, Darcey Markley, 1521 ½ Douglas Avenue, Ames, IA, Theresa and Deanna, both of 420 East Seventh Street; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Andrew, 1110 Duff Avenue, Ames, IA, and Mrs. and Mrs. Lyle Cadman, Redondo Beach, CA, and great-grandparents.
