PVT. HARBAUGH THOMPSON BURIED AT LOS ANGELES YESTERDAY.
Pvt. Harbaugh Thompson of Los Angeles, Cal., oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank L. Thompson of that city, died in a hospital at Fort Rosencrans, San Diego, Cal., of pneumonia following an attack of influenza, on Friday afternoon.
Pvt. Thompson was of Battery C, 25th Regt., Coast Artillery, and he had been stationed at Fort Rosencrans for some time. He was ill but a very few days according to a telegram which reached his uncle, George A. Klove of this city yesterday afternoon from his father, Frank L. Thompson of Los Angeles.
The message stated that interment would be in Hollywood by the side of his grandfather, the late Veteran Frank D. Thompson, Nevada pioneer, who died in California a year ago.
The young man was well known in Nevada as a boy but had lived in California with his people for many years.
