Mrs. Page Dead; Funeral Services Tuesday Afternoon

Funeral rites for Mrs. Elizabeth Page, 68, who died at Iowa sanitarium Sunday at 12:10 p. m., will be held at Memorial Lutheran church Tuesday at 2 o'clock p. m. with her pastor, Dr. J. O. Simon, in charge.

Mrs. Page, whose maiden name was Elizabeth Day, was a native of Irvington, N. J., where she was born January 22, 1863, had been a resident of Story county since 1886 and of Nevada for a large portion of that time.

Her husband, the late A. J. Page, died of accident injuries in 1925.

She leaves in her immediate family, four daughters, they being Mrs. Blanche Harrington and Mrs. Florence Martin of Chicago, Mrs. Myrtle Arnold of Ames and Miss Lydia Page of Nevada.

One of a family of 11 children, she leaves only four brothers, they being George W. Day of Nevada, Ben Day of Winterset, Ed Day of LaPorte City, and Charles Day of Riceville, Iowa.

Mrs. Page had suffered a stroke of apoplexy on Thursday, Oct. 30, while visiting at the home of her old friend and neighbor, Miss Flora Beatty, and from there was taken to Iowa Sanitarium where she had been in critical condition until passing away of Sunday afternoon.
