OBITUARY.

Etta, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lucian Bartlett, died at the home of her parents in this city Saturday morning and was buried in the Maxwell cemetery Sunday afternoon. She was born at Peoria City a few miles below Maxwell only a month less than 18 years ago. She spent almost her entire life in Maxwell. About four months ago she was stricken with consumption. Her mother, being also a sufferer from the same disease the family left for Colorado the latter part of August. The change did not prove of benefit to Etta and about a month ago the family returned to Nevada where they decided to reside that Mrs. Bartlett might be nearer her eldest daughter, Mrs. Edgar John. Besides her parents, she leaves one sister, Mrs. Edgar John, of this city, and three brothers, Ansel L. of Story City and Charles and Frank of Maxwell. Short services were conducted at the residence by the family pastor, Rev. Bobbet, of the Presbyterian church at Maxwell. For the benefit of Maxwell friends short servies were also held at the cemetery at Maxwell.
