Obituary.

Mrs. T. T. Egeskog was born in Story county Sept. 3, 1868 and died at her home near Story City April 5, 1904. Her death was a shock to the community and her loss will be felt in the home and among her many friends. She was a cheerful and loving wife and mother, a kind and obliging neighbor, and, that the death messenger should summon her at the very noontide of life makes the loss to the sorrowing husband and children unusually severe.

She was married to T. T. Egerskog [more commonly known and buried as Thomas T. Thompson] Dec. 6, 1890 and to the union four children were born, three boys and one girl. The funeral services were held in the St. Petri church Friday, conducted by Rev. Vangsnes. The body was laid to rest in the Story City cemetery. The sympathy of everyone is extended to the husband and children in this, their hour of bereavement.
