“Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Higgs returned Saturday from Davis City where they had been called by the fatal sickness of Mr. H.’s sister, Mrs. Weable. Delayed trains and poor connections interrupted them so that they did not arrive at their destination until the funeral possession had started.”
