MORGAN, LILLIAN EDNA GARDNER ALDRICH (1898 – 1951)

THE MAXWELL TRIBUNE, Maxwell, Iowa, Thursday October 25, 1951.
“LILLIAN EDNA MORGAN. – Lillian Edna Gardner was born near Maxwell, Iowa, December 8, 1898 and departed this life October 19, 1951 at her home in Maxwell, aged 52 years, 10 months and 11 days. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. James M. Gardner, who preceded her in death. On February 25, 1914 she was united in marriage to Francis Aldrich and to this union four boys were born. Mr. Aldrich passed away on April 2_, 1921. On April 14, 1926 she became the wife of Andrew E. Morgan. To this union there were eight children born. With the husband, all are left to mourn the loss of a dear wife and mother, except one daughter who passed away in infancy. The children are James Cecil Aldrich, Harold Aldrich, Charles Irvin Aldrich, Glen Aldrich, Mrs. Carl Lawrence, Mrs. Everett Herman, Mrs. Fred Beal, Mrs. Harold Schauper, Jr., Clara Morgan, Anabelle Morgan and John Morgan. There are 18 grandchilren, also a brother, Charles Gardner of Peoria, and a host of relatives and friends.”
