Services Monday For Charles Craig Of McCallsburg

Funeral services for Charles E. Craig, McCallsburg, who died at his home at 7 p.m. Friday were at the McCallsburg Presbyterian Church yesterday at 1:30.

The Rev. James Thomson officiated. Burial was in the Minburn cemetery.

Craig, in failing health for the past two years, was eighty-three years of age.

He was born Sept. 17, 1878 in Minburn, Ia., the son of Mr. and Mrs. John J. Craig. A resident of Story County for the past 50 years, he was a retired station agent and telegraph operator for the Minneapolis and St. Louis Railroad.

Craig was a member of the McCallsburg Presbyterian church.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Clyde Pendlebury of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Miss Catherine Craig of McCallsburg; and four nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one infant brother.

Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada was in charge.
