Huxley Man Dies At Story County Home; Services Feb. 4th

Services for Ole Fjelland were held February 4 at 2 p.m. in the Fieldberg Lutheran Church in Huxley. Pastor M. Harold Rye was officiating minister and Mr. Edward Larson, soloist. She was accompanied by Mrs. Orland Fjelland at the organ.

Casketbearers were Adrian Halverson, Eldon Bauge, Orval Helleckson, Burney Tweedt, Harvey Tesdall and Tilmer Sydnes. Burial was in the Fjeldberg Cemetery.

Fjelland was born on a farm southwest of Huxley on March 7, 1879. He was the son of Andrew and Rachel Fjelland. A lifetime member of the Huxley community, Fjelland was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith and had been a lifetime member of the Fjeldberg Lutheran church. He was married, February 26, 1910 to Anna Tweedt.

Surviving are his wife, Anna; one son, Roger and one grandson.
