Mae Morfoot is dead at age 95 at Charles City

Mrs. Mae Morfoot, a long time resident of Nevada, died Wednesday, July 3, at the age of 95 in the Floyd County hospital, Charles City. For the past seven years she has been living at the Chatauqua guest home in that city, and was taken to the hospital a week ago with a broken hip.

The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at one o'clock in Reid Chapel, Greene, Iowa, with the Rev. Metzger conducting the services and burial will be a four o'clock in the Nevada cemetery with Rev. Harry Myklebust officiating.

Her husband Charles Morfoot died in March of 1951 and she leaves three children: Earl Kinsey, Algona, Lloyd Kinsey, Lake Park, Fla., and a daughter Mrs. Margaret Whitson, Pompano Beach, Fla. She has 12 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
