FLORENCE C. OHLWEILER

Florence C. Ohlweiler, 89, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1961, at Bethany Manor in Story City, Ia.

She was born Aug. 9, 1892, at Rock Island, Ill., to Fred and Mary Henry Berns and was educated in Des Moines Schools.

She was married to Magnus F. Ohlweiler.

She spent most of her life in Des Moines, in Texas, and Story County. She was a Baptist.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bethany Manor Chapel, Story City, with Rev. Enoch Hall officiating. Burial will be in the Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines.

Survivors include a son, Ellsworth Ohlweiler of Irving, Tex., and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, Durwood, and two sisters, Elsie and Lucille.

Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada, is in charge of arrangements.
