Ames Woman Was Buried There Today

Special to the Journal.
Ames, May 8--Funeral services for Mrs. Cliff Roberson, 44, native daughter of Ames, were held at the Adams funeral home here this afternoon at 2:00, after which interment was in the Ames cemetery. Mrs. Roberson died at her home here early Saturday morning after a lingering illness.

Mrs. Roberson was born in Ames and with the exception of about two years, had always lived here.

She leaves her husband; three children, Irvin Dallas, Eldon Earl and Vallie Fern, all of Ames, and one grandchild, Douglas Earl Roberson. She also leaves her mother, Mrs. Susie E. Pierce of Ames; a sister, Mrs. Will Scott of Parkersburg; a brother, C. A. Pierce of Ames, and an uncle, P. P. Brown of Ames.
