Mrs. Jordan Jacobson Dies Early Today at Home of Parents

Mrs. Jordan Jacobson, 27, of near McCallsburg, died early this morning from a heart attack at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Stenberg in east Radcliffe where she had gone for a rest period.

While she had been in ill health for some time she had been up and around, and her death at 12:15 this morning came as a distinct shock to the husband and the children, Jerry, 8, Marline, 6, and Beverly, 4, and to her parents, one brother, Harlan and a sister, Darlene, who also survive her.

Edith Stenberg Jacobson, who would have been 27 years of age had she lived until next Monday, attended the McCallsburg and the Radcliffe schools. She was married to Jordan Jacobson of near Nevada on March 18, 1933.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Radcliffe Evangelical church in charge of the pastor, Rev. Russell of Marshalltown. A prayer service will be held at the parents' home at 1:30 p. m.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Edith Himmel was the daughter of William Conrad Himmel and Esther A. Johnson. Her parents divorced and her mother married Oscar Stenberg.
