DEATHS

MRS. ORVILLE JACOBSON

Funeral services for Mrs. Orville (Anna) Jacobson were held in Bethesda Lutheran Church in Jewell, Wednesday afternoon, April 1, at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Norbert Jolivette officiated.

Mrs. Harman, organist, accompanied Delbert Quam who sang, "How Great Thou Art" and "Asleep in Jesus."

Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery near Randall.

Pall bearers were Orrie Tweed, Dr. George Uhl, Phillip Moe, Robert Kalseim, Otis Frette and Orville Olson.

Anna Josephine Jacobson was born Nov. 8, 1890 on a farm in Hamilton County.

She was united in marriage to Orville Jacobson in 1933 and the couple farmed north of Randall. Her husband preceded her in death on Jan. 14, 1970.

Mrs. Jacobson entered the Story City Memorial Hospital on March 26th where she died Easter Sunday, March 29th at 945 p.m. at the age of 79 years.

Surviving are two sons and one daughter, Jerald Jacobson of Ellsworth, Loren Jacobson and Mrs. Don Rostetter of Jewell; three grandchildren two brothers and two sisters, Mrs. Pete Moe of Randall, Mrs. Caroline Uhl of Ames, Cornelius Tweed of Randall and Hans Tweed of Pequot Lakes, Minn.
