JENS PEDERSEN DEAD.

Funeral of Aged Danish Citizen This Afternoon.

The funeral of the late Jens Pederson, an aged Danish citizen, whose death occurred a the home of his son, Peter Pedersen, with whom he made his home, Saturday afternoon, is being held this afternoon. Services in the Danish language will be held at the home at two o'clock and in the English language at the Lutheran church by Rev. A. E. Isham at half after two o'clock. Interment will be in the Nevada cemetery. The deceased was quite old and had been failing in health and strength for some time. His death was not unexpected.

The deceased had been a resident of Nevada for many years and was quite well and most favorably known as a man of industry and integrity. He was a cabinet maker by trade and a most excellent workman. His wife has been dead for many years and he has long made his hoe with his son Peter and family. Besides this son, he is survived by a couple of daughters who are married and live in the east.
