OBITUARY

Gusta Jacobson Molde was born at Saude, Norway, April 10, 1863, the daughter of Barba and Johannas Jacobson. She came to America with her parents when a child and settled in Story county where she attended Roland schools.

On Dec. 13, 1883, she was married to Osten T. Molde at the Bergen Lutheran church by the Rev. C. B. Jacobson.

She died at her home at Roland, Jan. 6, at the age of 90 years, 8 months and 26 days.

She is survived by four children, Theodore Molde of Nevada; Mrs. T. B. Thompson and Mrs. Jonas Arneson of Roland and Mrs. Frank Vail of Nevada.

She was preceded in death by her husband, O. T. Molde, on Mar. 4, 1934.

Mrs. Molde had lived in Story county 81 years, and was a member of an old pioneer family.

Funeral services for Mrs. Molde were held Jan 9.
