Former Nevada Boy Died in Arizona
Russell Revoe Carr, died at Tucson, Arizona, Jan. 17, 1930, he having gone there a few months previous for the benefit of his health. Russell was the adopted son of Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Carr who until a year ago were residents of Nevada, but are now living in Bellflower, Calif. He was reared in Nevada and lived there until his marriage to Miss Marie Williams of Keokuk, Ia., then going to South Bend, Inc., where they made their home. Two children were born to this union. A daughter Floreine, and a son, Russell, Jr. He with his family came to California three years ago and made their home in Hollywood. He was employed as a salesman for linoleum and window shade firm of Los Angeles and was highly respected by those with whom he was associated. He was also a member of the Masonic lodge and leaves a host of relatives and friends. The funeral was held Monday, Jan. 20 from the Little Church of the Flowers in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
