James Chaffin

James Chaffin, aged 58 died Sunday at the Sanitarium; his funeral was conducted Monday by Rev. W. C. Cole at the home of the niece of the deceased, Mrs. Bert Stratton, and burial was in the Nevada cemetery. His last illness was attended with intense suffering which was mitigated as much as possible by skilled care.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: James Chaffin was apparently buried in the Maxwell Cemetery, not the Nevada Cemetery as stated.
